DIY~ Upcycled Beach Art Creations, Part 2

My son and I have been obsessed with drift wood collecting this month on our morning beach walks! I decided it was time to put some of it to good use and make a house blessing for our little beach haven. We heated up our glue gun and decked out our favorite pieces with some of our favorite sea treasures.

I arranged all our pieces into a circular shape and fastened them all with my glue gun, let the wreath shape dry and then flipped it to re secure it again from the other side. After I gave it ample drying time ( about an hour on each side) we attached a twist tie hook to the back of one of the wood pieces to hang it easily.

We placed it on our outside wall as you come up our stairs to welcome our guests and to make us feel at home with all it's fond memories of our outside adventures this summer!
