I love your expression 'cuddle myself' Sylvia. It conjures up such a beautiful picture of being gentle and caring for oneself. Sometimes we have lots of energy and can effortlessly give out to others and then there are other times when we need to just do nothing (or nothing much) except nurture ourselves. Or do something simple for ourselves that will make us happy and peaceful.

Actually you have done both. By 'cuddling yourself' first and then sharing your lovely notebook and painting, you have given of your energy as well. 🙏🐋🙏
