Michelangelo Creation of Adam Cardano

The Creation of Adam (Italian; Creazione di Adamo) a fresco painting by Michelangelo, located on the Sistine Chapel's ceiling, painted in c. 1508–1512. It illustrates the Biblical creation narrative from the Bible Book of Genesis in which God gives life to Adam, the first man.

Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni but more commonly known by his first name Michelangelo lived from March 6, 1475 – February 18, 1564. He was an Italian sculptor, painter, architect and poet of the High Renaissance born in the Republic of Florence.
