You hold your pen,
You log long hours
Never claiming superpowers
You wield such joy
Or tremulous pain,
An audience of one
Or many gain.
You share your heart,
To bait your soul,
It bobs on strings of living scrolls.
You offer light,
You breach the dark
Your liquid words
Land swift and wholly stark
From cafes, bars, or quiet rooms,
You reel illusion
through the gloom.
Your words
A handprint
Challenge doom.
A letter penned,
That follows two,
Speaks of paths unique to you.
You write it hard or write it light,
A feverish scrawling in the night.
When sun rises with her glow
Perhaps your reader from them grows.
A shred of peace, or ray of life,
You'll never know their endless flight.
Your words may imprint hearts
Of flesh,
Your story now with theirs to
Mesh.
Two atoms crashing
Wild and high,
Bright explosion bathes the sky.
Keep your pain soft
In your hand,
It's not for you to understand.
Make it more,
Your spirits press,
The chain moves on
Linking stories
In tales endless.

This one was beautiful, I really enjoyed the lyrical lilt of it, along with your lovely formatting. One thing I admire about your style is the balance of the ordinary with the supernatural.
