This is poem is my entry into the creative competition help by @sammosk. It's something I posted last year in my early days of steemit that did not get many views.
Clearly there were some emotions of frustration pouring out on the page at the time. ;-)
Dogs and Chihuahuas
If men are dogs
Then women are chihuahuas
It's a dog eat dog world
There is no weary for the weak
It's a competition with everyman looking to speak
Now don't get it twisted
The women are ready to listen
Entertaining offers from many a man
Cus we all on the same mission
Who is the high bidder, fronting he cares
With a big smile so she thinks he actually gives a damn
Nothing is sacred and nothing is scarce
The only Dog she cares about is the one that's right there
That's your girlfriend, ask me if I care
Cus straight up, you know you'd do the same thing man
It's a dogfight for females
Woof Woof and Bark Bark
Bite hard and leave marks
