Tasty memories and an interesting experiment. Although I have gone back to non-vegan, jn the last couple of days, these three weeks certainly made me think and are gonna have an impact on my long term diet.

I am looking forward to spending some time in my brother’s appartment and cooking some of the dishes that you’re posting here. Thanks for sharing them with me and putting them on the blockchain for all to try :>)
