In this post I will show you photos of the Cactus Park in Cyprus in Ayia Napa.
Some of the photos were not very good, because I had to photograph almost in front of the sun and even a tablet.

We arrived at Cactus Park in the middle of the day, that is, in the hottest hours of summer (2019).
This happened because we drove into the plant nursery along the way, how could we have stayed without it ... :-)))

Now about the Park.
Cactus Park in Ayia Napa has existed since 2015.

The area of ​​the Cactus Park is 16 hectares, and the total number of cacti and succulents is 6–8 thousand plants (about 300 species).
For these plants, the Cyprus climate is very suitable:
sultry sun, lack of rainfall and poor fertility soil.

This collection of cacti and succulents is considered one of the largest in the entire Mediterranean region.
But to me personally, he a bit empty.
And this is because the most of it was small plants, because the park is still young.

I’m waiting for the quarantine to end, I really want to visit it again, because I was there a year ago ...
