Never mind - they don't understand you neither - I reply sometimes and say "thank you..." and they replay by saing "Oh my god..." - they seem to know me ;)

I give mainly the !DERANGED and the !BEER just as you said, and if someone gives me another token I try to give the same token back if I have them :)
