Today I bring you one of the albums that influenced me the most, and it was decisive for me to make the decision to become a guitarist "Julian Bream - Plays Granados and Albéniz" recorded in 1982.

This is a disc of transcripts of works written for piano played on the guitar of Spanish pieces by two late 19th and early 20th century composers. Enrique Granados (1867-1916), and Isaac Albéniz (1860-1909)

Personally the transcripts of the music selected are of such high quality that they sound like written original guitar works. And Bream's simply outstanding touch, no wonder he is regarded as one of the most important guitarists of the twentieth century.
Pessoalmente as transcrições das músicas escolhidas são de tão alta qualidade que soam como obras escritas para violão. E o toque de Bream simplesmente excepcional, não a toa que é tido como um dos mais importantes violonistas do séc XX.
