The Memory Of A Beautiful Sunday

Winter is at the mouth of the stove, so to speak. We have no winter yet but we have no stove. We have no desire to walk on this gray Sunday.

However, Sunday is Sunday, the day that is supposed to be special ... because we don't work. It's the day of relaxation. There are many forms of relaxation, I now choose relaxation through memories. The memory of beautiful summer days.

I remember with pleasure the walks on the main boulevard of Iasi. Iasi is a city in Romania where I lived in 2019.

Cars on the boulevard mentioned above are forbidden. It's a boulevard for pedestrians. So great was my surprise when they saw cars parked there.

Looking closer, the cars revealed little of their mystery. At first, the car looks like it was plated with gold.

Well, there is some gold there. The car was plated with small plates covered with gold foil. These plates are used in the making of mosaics.

There are also colorful plates, not just gold. With these plates can be drawn any kind of models, as they are on the next car.

Interesting, isn't it? But I prefer the golden one.

Beautiful summer days, how far away they are now. Being Sunday, even these memories think they can participate in #beautifulsunday and #sublimesunday, these two challenges they like to manifest together. Thanks to @ace108 and @c0ff33a for the wonderful idea.

I once initiated a challenge called SAM. Something About Me. I thought it was good for our readers to know more about us and to understand better what we are posting. Well, SAM is dead but I still think it would be in everyone's interest to get to know each other better. This is the reason for the short presentation below!
