It will only ever tick over just before I go to bed I imagine and if the VP is in a zone where I believe it is possible to top out, (aka go over 99.99%).
I will never remove a vote and replace it with a bigger one as this would be also wasting VP and I am against that (obviously).
In time there will be an automated adjusting vote to maintain the VP above 95% and below 99%, but that is beyond the scope of the current codebase and believe me I am working on it!
