Mountain landscape. Drawing with markers
Hello, Steemit!)
Hello, Steemit! If you do not know me yet - my name is Irina and I'm an artist from Russia. I will be glad to find new friends).
Today I decided to paint a landscape. In March of this year, I met spring in France. In France the awakening of nature began a little earlier than in cold Russia. While Moscow was full of snowdrifts and a icy wind blew on the streets, France greeted us with a bright sun, lush greenery and the first meadow flowers. I went to the small town, located among the majestic Alps.
For the drawing, I used alcohol markers "Sketchmarker", "Touch", "Potentate", the liner 0.05.
At first step I drew the contours of the landscape with the pencil and the liner.
Then began to paint the sky. I painted with blue marker the area around the clouds and contours of mountains.
The background of my drawing will be darker then front view. It is necessary to show the perspective in the picture. I painted the mountains with a wide rod of the dark green marker.
Then I drew the trees and grass of the front view. First, I drew with yellow marker the light foliage of the trees and grass, made the shadows on the clouds by beige marker.
I painted with «grass» marker the trees on the front view, trying to fill all the areas around the contours of the houses.
Painted with beige, brown, gray and orange markers the contours of the roofs and walls of houses, looking through the trees.
I made darker the background with the dark green marker, strengthened the shadows on the clouds with marker of «Sunset» color. The edges of the clouds were stretched by white permanent pencil, making their contours fluffier.
Finally, I made darker the mountains on the background by gray marker and umbra, added volume to the clouds with a neutral-gray marker, strengthened the shadows on the trees with a dark green marker. The drawing is ready.
Gif with all steps of the drawing.
