A Great find on "Selling"

The Four-Letter Code to Selling Just About Anything. How can you sell anything? Derek Thompson studied the life of the industrial designers that is behind almost all brands you know. And selling can mean your ideas and whatever you want people to agree with you on.

This quote from the article says it all for me: "A great industrial designer, it turns out, needs to be an anthropologist first and an artist second". It's all about putting people first, your craft second.

Managing Energy vs Managing Time

The Brain Hacks Top Founders Use to Get the Job Done. For over a year I discovered that I should stop trying to manage my time and focused on managing my energy throughout your day. It's like when you know you don't want to sweat for nothing. Since then I felt much more productive with better control.

This a long article with sometimes too much unnecessary details, but the overall conclusion is that you should take few days to a week monitoring your "hourly energy levels" and then go back and see where are you're at your best. Never run against the wind, just wait until it calms down.
