Your value
Ever gotten a raise and felt better about yourself? Or got married and felt better about yourself? Or had sex and felt better about yourself? Or got denied something and felt BAD about yourself? Lost a promotion? Gotten divorced? Didn't get laid? The examples can go on and on but it all comes back to one thing - we don't recognize our own VALUE. If we did, we'd be happy a lot more! When we don't understand our value, our emotions are chained to external factors that can easily just go away and then how will we define ourselves?
Think on this; your value in inherent. It NEVER fluctuates no matter what's happening in your life. You are perfect right now and you always have been. There's nothing wrong with you. Your value can't be taken away.
Just another reason to create your own joy.
