Challenge Completed - Chest and Back Day 625 reps on Janurary 3

Another fairly heavy day in the gym for me yesterday.
Have really been upping the weight again, as I'm so eager to get back to where I was 9 months ago.
Yesterday was really busy in the gym though as I haven't been going to this gym for very long it's hard to say, but I get the feeling a few of the people in there were new years resolution newbs.

I'm holding at 122 kgs just like I was predicting, because I'm gaining muscle I expect I may go up a few more kgs as I progress over the next few weeks. This will likely be because of muscle memory, so I will be packing on the muscle again very rapidly.
It's surprising just how motivated I have been again, I haven't been watching any bodybuilding or strong man documentaries yet I have some extreme motivation again. I think now that the stress of getting my first home and moving has died down, now I'm ready to commit to bodybuilding again.
It was like my body knew that I needed to focus on that and get it out the way.

On the incline chest press this week I just couldn't seem to push out my regular rep count @80 kgs, I think purely due to the heat as it was over 40 degrees celcius here in Adelaide. Being the weight I currently am I really feel the heat, that's part the reason why I'm eager to get back down to about 110 kgs.
