Today, take a moment to work through any stress you might feel in your mindfulness journey. Write down your worries in a 'brain dump,' then sort through your stresses by focusing in on which ones to work through today.

Stress has a sneaky way of piling up in our heads—often without us even realizing it. Thankfully, writing it all out can help us turn that negative energy into positive action. 💥

Today, try a 'brain dump' & write down every stressful thing floating in your brain (Ex. cleaning your closet, making a Dr's appointment). ✍️

Then, break vague items into specific tasks to help you get started. ⏲️

One more thing! 😉️

@sirdeza, Most of the times stress expands because at one moment people think about multiple things and in this mindset we take stress and try to jump from this task to that task then we lose effectivity and also our task can stay incomplete. So writing down tasks is really great habit and then we have to lift one task at a time. Stay blessed.
