Been a busy day but no real workouts. Meetings and dome canvassing for work. So I spoke a lot. Like a lot, a lot. How many calories do you burn while talking!?
Dude if talking was a workout I'd be a skinny biatch in no time!!

Imagine that, there would be literally no overweight people, just healthy people. And you could talk off a bowl of ice-cream 🍦 life would be great
