Protestors are laying claim to 7 blocks on Capital Hill. The police left the precinct, and protesters have claimed the area as a Nation.
One message states: Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone in Seattle. 6 blocks retaken back for the people. “You are now leaving the USA” when you enter. Long live the fucking revolution. ✊🏽

Seattle protestors have created an entire zone called "Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone" after cops evacuated the east precinct and left it for protestors.
I guess they do believe in protecting their borders.

Great have a few blocks in the center of city that can't survive for more then a couple days without support of the outside. You generate zero power, produce zero food, have zero fresh water sources, and as a whole look like a bunch of idiots for putting yourselves all in one place making you an easy target.
It's a bunch of kids. Seattle Metro Hipsters who have an average age of 19ish. :)
They clearly have zero concept of what they are doing. Guessing one swat team could clear them all out in a couple hours of time. Funny I bet they think those barricades would actually stop something other then their electric cars.

Wow, that is insane, I do like the sentiment though of autonomous zones, I think its something many places around the world should have a sort of opt out zone and a balance to the big government model

Who needs electricity, water, or sewage treatment?
