Now for Low Income Families the debt levels are UNREAL . A market without open and fair price discovery - by Global Central Bank's injecting huge QE funds into undeserving stocks & bonds - breaking markets natural boom, bust & echo laws - this is what happens. Those who will be hurt the most will be.
