Salad with corn and cucumber

 Refreshing, light, bright, rich salad with corn and cucumber, dressed with yogurt dressing. The salad can be used as canned corn and grain boiled corn in season.

Ingredients for 3 servings:
cucumber - 250 gr.;
sweet pepper - 50 gr.;
canned corn - 200 gr.;
mozzarella cheese - 150 gr.;
dill - 10 gr.;
garlic - 10 gr.;
lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoon;
dried mint, salt, sugar,black pepper;    yogurt - 4 tbsp.

 Preparation:
The first step is to prepare a yoghurt dressing for the salad.

For this unsweetened thick yogurt (I have 2.5%) should be mixed with chopped dill, salt, ground black pepper. All components add to your taste. Then you can optionally add the chopped garlic, if you do not like - do not put. Dressing should be stored in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Cucumbers and peppers should be cut into small, easy to eat pieces, add a little salt, lemon juice, crushed dried mint (2-3 leaf), dill melkonarezanny. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes.

Mozzarella cheese cut into large segments, and then pick with your hands, into small pieces. If mozzarella small balls, then the balls are also need to stratify.

To present the cucumbers add the corn.

Then add cheese and stir.
