This post has served as my introduction to crafty. Here is my submission.

Introduction to Crafty.

Crafty, is an ingenious idea that bridges the information gap , provides recognition based on reputation value and forms connections between the customer and self employed worker on a social platform that is blockchain based.

How it works.

Information gap and lack of name recognition disadvantages the entrepreneur greatly. It equally disadvantages the consumer. The end result is more often than not higher costs for all at lower service levels. Dissatisfaction is the norm in such transactions and mistrust abounds.
Customers will often prefer personalized skilled services at affordable costs as opposed to an assembly line service at higher costs. Consumer may happily absorb slightly higher costs for personalized services that are trustworthy and higher quality. Self employed skilled entrepreneurs would love to offer their services to such customers.
The current market environment forces both parties apart. It overwhelms the customer with paid service ads and promotions, all the while pushing everyone else into the background of oblivion. An entrepreneur who can provide an amazing service is unable to compete in this market without the backing of advertising dollars. A customer Is unable to find the best resource for his needs when information delivered is highly selective and shaped by the wealth of those who prefer non- competition.
Crafty is here to change that. A free service that connects the skill and reputation of an entrepreneur or self employed worker for all customers to evaluate. There is no middle man.
Reputation is the main currency for all users of the platform. Reputation is earned and cannot be bought. All transactions are on a blockchain thus obviating fraud and are fully transparent.
Crafty is bringing the centralized, controlled and inefficient business model to a decentralized, trustworthy and democratic environment where the skilled self employed worker can grow exponentially and the customer benefits by getting a better service at a reasonable cost. The knowledge of such available services did not disseminate at a competitive level before Crafty.
