Dadi plagiarizing SONM White Paper?!?

The cryptocurrency ICO has been getting a lot of heat lately. Many folks are calling it the next scam coin ICO. Then to add fuel to this fire it would appear that Dadi copied a bit of Sonm White paper!!

Rather Dadi is a scam or not this news of plagiarizing Sonms white paper has really damaged the companies reputation along with the publics trust. Also when i went to the site to investigate Dadi and see what they were all about. I got stuck on the screen below. Nether of the buttons worked nor did the X button to cancel out of the pop up window. It all just seems a bit unprofessional to me. But this is only my brief experience with Dadi. Don't be afraid to let me know this is all just a big misunderstanding and tell me why Dadi is the real deal and is worth investing in. I am open to all viewpoints right now as i do not have enough information to make a solid choice as to wether this coin is a scam or just a lazy mistake by whoever typed up the white paper.
