"Everybody here's been vaccinated, anyway". Um, wtf?

What do you make of this? First of all, these new studies show that the infection rate is 50% higher among the average population than thought, which would mean the the mortality rate among the infected is much lower.
And this guy is saying that they all have a vaccine? What`s going on here? Can anyone confirm this?
