This is surely a great effort to reward posts, which is the first focus of people on Steemit. I respectfully suggest that this may have a temporary effect of encouraging posting, which is very good. But I think your efforts to stimulate engagement help people develop their own organic support.

Please don’t think me to bold to make this suggestion, I am humbled by your works here. But I think it would be better to evolve this towards rewarding interaction, because that creates networks of people who support each other with upvotes and comments. I think it teaches a man to fish and feeds him for a lifetime.
