That’s a good question. The Steemit Inc team, @steemitblog and @steemcurator01 decide which countries get a designated Country Representative, and they usually ask how many Country members are active on Steemit and how many are active in the Diary game. The @steemitblog posts all the rules, so I would start there, but go back a week and read forward. I will look for some links for you.

I didn't, the descriptive material they ask for seems very extensive and I just write recipes, thanks anyway
