The French Guy with an english name

Since he was born this guy always wondered why his parents had given him an english name. Until the day he decided to visit the english country. He realised then that everybody there were using english words and name! It was not so strange after all. So he came back to his native land and then he started to wonder again. He had always thought that his parents had given him a strange name ; but now he was changing his mind. He just had an usual name so why had he ever thought that it was strange ?
