Cosplay Token at TEAMZ Blockchain Summit 2018

TEAMZ is hosting another Blockchain Summit on September 28th and 29th. The purpose of the summit is to connect all those who are involved in the blockchain ecosystem such as contributors, media and influencers, and blockchain projects.Cosplay Token will be one of many blockchain projects that will be attending the summit this September. 

Cosplay Token is working to cultivate a culture of sustainability between Cosplayers and fans by utilising blockchain technology. With many issues arising in the cosplay industry, such as sexual harassment/assault, intimidation and stalking — to name a few — Cosplay Token works to eliminate these problems. The Cosplay Token (COT) addresses these issues by ensuring all users are identifiable and accountable for their actions, with records of payment stored on the blockchain. Cosplay Token encourages those involved in the cosplay community to make purchases, tip cosplayers and create a stronger relationship between cosplayers and fans. Cosplay Token is working on bringing the integration of blockchain and the $45bn cosplay industry into fruition.

The event will be held at Warehouse Terrada G1–5F, taking place during Blockchain week in Tokyo (September 26th — October 2nd). The remainder of Blockchain week will consist of various seminars, summits, conferences and meetups organised by cryptocurrency players. Blockchain week explores all that blockchain has to offer, with organisations from around the world presenting their thoughts and exchanging expertise and knowledge with the attendees.

Both days of the event will have speakers and networking opportunities for those involved and interested in the blockchain space.

Day one — The Blockchain Conference — places more emphasis on speeches and panelist discussion. There are 45 guest speakers for this event, coming to address blockchain innovation, while ultimately share their insights and wisdom. The CEO of Bitcoin, Roger Ver, is one of many experienced speakers all are thrilled to hear from.

Day two of the TEAMZ Blockchain Summit is a Red Carpet Gala and focuses on opportunities to network and communicate with large players in the blockchain industry. The Cure WorldCosplay Team will have a booth for both days of the summit, allowing for plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about the Cosplay Token and the potential for contributors.
