Ricos higos

Les Traigo unos deliciosos higos echos en casa por mi :-D
Ingredientes:
- Agua
- 500gr de Azucar
- 1kg de higos verdes. Me gusta mas verdes...
Preparación:
Lava Bien los higos, como están tiernos, debes hacerle un corte en cruz para que bote la leche que es amarga este corte también servirá para que quede dulce por dentro. colócalos en el vol donde los vas a cocinar vierte agua hasta cubrirlos, tápalo y cocinarlos asta que hierva, bota toda el agua que es amarga
Nota este paso es importante para que no queden amargos.
Pon todos los higos en el vol de nuevo y colocar 50ml de agua y el 500gr de azúcar a fuego lento, tápalos, revuelve cada 1 minuto para que todos los higos queden con azúcar, cuando veas que el agua ya esta quedando miel y los higos están brillantes. listo déjalos enfriar y a comer
