How corruption can be ended in today's world?

It's unlikely that regular people nor even all nations together can end corruptions.

My proposal to reduce corruptions:

1. Reduce the population in poor tropical countries.

2. The bottom 10% of population (in terms of wealth) in every country reduce having children.
