How to get out of this dark age?

Since the 90´s (I was a teenager) I started thinking a lot about Government, corruption, banks, big companies, society, and how humanity is going quickly to a dark age...
We have today more slavery than ever before disguised as job with salary. Most of humanity works at least 5 days a week with just enough free time to eat and sleep. They get payed enough to pay rent, food, and if they are lucky a 15 days holyday... then when they are to old to really enjoy life they get their freedom but not enough money to do so much...
99% of the world's wealth its in the hands of a few psychopaths that don't care at all about life, nature or anything else than their own power... you can call them "illuminati", "new world order" or whatever you want... at this point we have an idea who they are...
Politicians all around the world have been in their pocket for generations and the brainwashing machine has most of humanity watching tv and believing their bullshit... most of us still think that choosing between A or B (president) makes some difference but the truth is it doesn't... The whole system works for the elite and to keep masses under control, we are sheeps...
We have the science and technology to create a utopian world. There are enough resources for everyone to have a home, a vehicle, food and everything we need or want without having to work more than 2 or 3 hours a week... machines can do almost all the work, clean energy it's available for everything to run smoothly... In just a generation without selfishness or corruption we could build a perfect world for us and for every living being... so... how????
I feel so small and so powerless... i guess most of you feel the same... how can I go against Goliath how can an ant fight an elephant?
Well, there are a lot of people making small changes, communities, movements, etc...
I think the main problem is that we grew too big, there are too many things to consider and our brains are too small to have all that info at a time... So, here it comes... What if, we give control to an Ai?
