Corruption in Third World Countries

It's a shame when you look at the amount of corruption that is going on in these third world countries, mostly those in Africa.

The leaders of these third world countries have totally forgotten all there morals and ethical guidelines. Recently, in my country, our govt acquired 42 fire trucks with one fire truck going for a total cost of USD 1 million.

I feel that the prices on these fire trucks was too much exxagerated and that the whole acquisition process was too corrupt as the winning bidder for the contract had some personal interest with ruling govt.

I continue to call on help from the outside world. Please help Zambia, Please help Africa.
