In this life, nothing is said to be constant except for death and taxes. Change is indeed the only thing constant in this life.
Life happens and as humans, even as organizations, we need to be ready for it. We should hope for the best but then make allowances for things that might want to knock us off our stride.
The ability of any human, even organizations is to adapt with changing times and how easily you adapt determines how strong you are especially in a changing time as this.
I am impressed with how my organization adapted and coped with this changing times. It cost the organization more but they prioritize the well being of everyone and of course devised a way to keep the bank in operation. That is fascinating.
No one envisaged this and most organizations were caught off guard which till date, still hinders their operations while some are seriously struggling to stay afloat. We adapted so well in a time as this.
As much as we survived the lockdown period, it was really a challenging time for the company. It was challenging regarding the inflow of money for the bank as investors had to still be paid and the customer base couldn't keep up with their commitments to the bank as scheduled.
It was a dynamic moment as everyone pulled together in the right direction as working from home had to be implemented to still achieve the desired result.
When a defining moment comes, define the moment or else the moment will define you.

True this is one of the most unpredictable changes the world has ever witnessed. Many people has adopted remote working as the remedy. This will not even stop after the pandemic. It might even extend from just being used in business to other platforms.
