February 12 2020 Coronavirus Update

As we all know this strain of novel coronavirus was first diagnosed on December 31st with the possibility of cases beginning on December 7th 2019 of unusual pneumonia type symptoms.

So far the death rate is low, between 2-3% of confirmed cases but over 38,000 cases are not resolved to recovered or a death yet so the death rate unfortunately may rise to a higher percentage.

Confirmed infections : 45,210
Confirmed deaths: 1,118

Confirmed recoveries: 5,133
