Harvesting Elderberries from the Wilderness
This past fall, after our blackberry season, we started picking Elderberries. This was a great time as a family going out and harvesting and working together in some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. We take these elderberries and dehydrate them at a low temperature, and make DIY Elderberry Syrup Kits that we sell on our website which you can see below. These little berries are amazing, and are an amazing food that helps your body fight off viruses, particularly flu, cold and even the coronavirus. Simms50, I am sorry your governor is who he is. Truth is, even in a liberty minded state like Idaho, they have stepped on our rights as well, just not as bad. I do live in an area that the sheriff is about the only law enforcement, aside from an occasional state trooper, and they aren't lifting a finger in our area against anybody for doing what they lawfully want to do. I have been working a couple of hours away from home in Washington the last few weeks, and those people are nuts. I just laugh at all the strange looks I get when I don't wear a mask and go down the "wrong" way in Walmart. Poor people are sheep ready to be slaughtered. Most of the counties in my area are pretty much not following the governors guidelines and we have had sheriff departments that are doing the same thing, as in not fining people or really doing anything about what people are doing...within reason of course!
Good for you for not wearing a mask, I don't wear one either! If someone wants to wear one then they should have the freedom to do so, if I don't want to wear one then that should be the same for me!
Sheep to slaughter..yep! Let us see just what else they will try to force down and the people will just put their head down and do what they are told! Sad....
