This has probably been planned since at least world war one, getting more specific as the time gets closer. The plague-iest thing about this whole situation is how they've been slowly gaining world power while we're all distracted and drunk off their kool aid and then when they clamp down it happens so fast. Like when they devolve from virulent to deadly once everyone is infected. Since the end of February, beginning of March, shopping around town has felt a bit like playing the game plague. After coming out of a business each time I would think stuff like "business as usual" or whatever the situation or creepy new headline happens to be.
