There are only shortages (mostly on things like toilet paper) because people are stocking up. This virus is bad but I wouldn't classify it as "horrific". The economic effects of a virtual total shutdown of the economy, now that could be horrific.
Well the more people get immunity the more people who will be able to gather in public and protest against the shit storm that is collapse of the global economy so its in the governments vested interest to keep you at home
I deeply feel that the US health system is a pigsty, and that materialism reigns over humanity.
Do not think that we are having a better time in Spain; Although it is evident that in the United States of America, if you do not seriously consider your human condition, you will have a worse time than anywhere else.
