Electric lighting linked to heart disease because Crisco changed from making candles to toxic margarine0

Crisco was looking for a cheaper way to make candles. They developed a new method of creating a solidified candle base by solidifying cotton seed oil. With the advent of electric lighting the began promoting their new Crisco margarine loaded with toxic trans fats as the new modern product for the nation.
With the onset of the epidemic of coronaries the blame was laid on dairy products following faulty studies linking cholesterol and saturated fats to heart diseease.
The nation was put on a low fat diet and told to eat toxic margarine.
I believe trans fats have been banned in the US, but how many people needlessly died because they kept referring back to the same original research which was outright wrong.
