Its sad that people can't go to work anymore or walk outside but I am happy for now that Kathmandu, the city being in top for the most polluted city in the world is actually recovering from the pollution. Being the capital, Kathmandu has always been a target of every people from other district to get education, job and luxurious life here. These in turns is increasing the environmental problems for Kathmandu. At least, the lockdown has been both good for the public and to the city's environment itself. I got to see pollution free city nearly after a decade.
Due to the fear of corona virus, we are in lockdown for one week as announced by government starting from March 24. One new case has been identified today that a person returning from Qatar tested positive for the virus and things are getting tense are too as he has been travelling through car and public vehicles after arriving Kathmandu and it's tedious process to find out who he has been in contact with.
