Coriander Leaf Rice

HI friends how are you all. Today I come with another healthy, easy and Tasty recipe with Coriander leafes

Preparing this recipe is very easy. Today I share all details about this recipe. Just read my post prepare your self and enjoy with your Family members.

For taking leafy vegetables at least twice a day is very necessary. It provides all needed Iron to us. So take on regular basis.

This recipe is best choice for Kids or Adults lunch box. So must prepare and enjoy.

For this recipe we need very low ingredients, no need any special ingredients too. Normal ingredients are enough.

Now I give details about for preparing this rice we need 1 cup Rice, required water, salt as needed, 2 table spoon oil, 1 tea spoon mustard seeds, 1 tea spoon Too Dal, 1 tea spoon Toots Dal, 2 red chillies, 2 green chillies, 1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder, 1 table spoon peanuts, 2 table spoon cashews nuts, 2 cup coriander leaves.

Now I give details about how to prepare this dish. Just follow my steps for getting tasty Recipe.

For this first we cook Rice, then after place those in a large plate. Hear add 1 table spoon oil to it.

Now put coriander leaves in a mix jar, add green chilles , required salt to it. Now make all those as a fine paste. Keep them aside.

Then after take one non stick pan, add 2 table spoon oil. After heat add mustard seeds,Tomorrow Dal, Urbandale Dal, red chillies too.Then add peanuts, cashew nuts too. Fry all them at leat 3-4 minutes in a low flame.

Now add coriander Leave paste to it, fry all those until its raw smell go away.

Then after replace all those mixture into boiled rice. Now mix them well on adding lemon juice.

Mix all those, now it's ready to serve.
