in korea where my beloved country especially in my house this food becomes a snack of our days while being at home with family, usually we make this food when we are not busy with work or being off work. this food became one of our favorite food in our house, because all our family members like this food.

Chilaquiles is a traditional Mexican food consisting of tortillas and then given a red salsa sauce, In order for more festive chilaquiles often added other ingredients such as chicken meat, hence called chicken chilaquiles. Can also be added eggs, cheese, cream, and various vegetables on it to be more complete.
Usually chicken chilaquiles served into a breakfast menu. Uniquely, this menu is a menu that appears when Mexicans have stock or the rest of the tortilla, So it is used with salsa sauce. Salsanya sauce also according to taste, If you want a red salsa, use tomatoes. As for the green salsa, use chili Mexican or poblano.

Ingredients (for 1 portion):

  • 1 boneless chicken breasts
  • rosemary oil
  • 1 pieces of avocado butter
  • 3 sheets of curly lettuce
  • 1 pack Sunkrisps Kale Tortilla with Tempe

Tomato paste:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • sea salt
  • black pepper grains
  • rosemary
  • cilantro
  • basil
  • honey
  • olive oil

How to make:

  • For tomato paste heat olive oil in teflon / skillet with medium heat, sauteed garlic and onions that have been chopped until fragrant. Enter the small diced tomatoes, Press with the wooden spatula to crumble. Cook until boiling, then turn off the heat. Add sea salt, black pepper grains, cilantro, basil, rosemary, and honey to taste, Then mix well.

  • Wash off the chicken and dressing with lemon juice (skip if there is not), salt, and pepper, Let stand for 15 minutes-1/2 hours for the spices to soak. Bake in teflon until cooked with rosemary oil, leave it at room temperature then cut lengthwise.

  • Mix chicken with tomato paste and mix well

  • Serve with Sunkrisps Kale Tortilla with Tempe, curly lettuce, and cut butter avocado.

Kriuk-kriuk, Sunkrisps Take out the tasty and healthy Kale Tortilla with Tempe.
I mean tempe above is typical Indonesian food
