Cook with Us # 18 - Tropical Sorbet.
How's everybody? I know some participants of this food contest do it very well
It's the first time I'm participating in the @cookwithus contest I've been following them for a few months now and I'm always looking forward to them today I had a little time to prepare to participate in the contest, I am from Venezuela.
Today prepare a sorbet mostly tropical fruits so I decided to put the name of tropical sorbet, I made two sorbets and put them in oneself-
INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry Sorbet
- Strawberries
- Lemon juice
-Sugar
Yellow sorbet
- Mango
- Pineapple
- Banana
- Lemon juice
- Sugar
Cut into pieces these fruits and take them to the freezer for about 30 minutes Add cubes of mango, pineapple and banana in the blender, add a little lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of sugar.
Perform the same procedure with strawberries.
To decorate cut some pineapple in brunoise, banana or banana slices and a little peanut rain
This was the final result
The flavor of this tropical sorbet surprised me. It felt a lot like the flavor of pineapple and banana. I think it was the flavors that stood out most here. I help a lot that the pineapple I found was sweet, so I add an incredible flavor to the sorbet
Then I mixed these sorbets with a little peanut and it felt very crusty. I really liked the taste of this sorbet. I would do it again
