Looks delicious! I reread the recipe twice to figure out how you got the egg that texture, then I realised there's no egg! The slice of banana on top of the rice looks just like a sunny side up! Is the meat beef?
Hello @whattheduck! Thank you so much for reading my recipe! Yes, it is indeed beef. And it tastes very good, in fact it's my country's favorite dish. There's no egg in the recipe.
