• Mustard oil half cup,

Mustard seeds, garlic, chillies and salt will be baked. Sour yogurt, salt, ketchup and mustard with hilsa fish must be mixed in half an hour.
Fry the oil with mustard oil and fry it with light brown powder, add mustard seeds, garlic, green chillis, salt, and turmeric powder and chilli powder for 1 minute.
Then let the fish fed with spices should be given, then after remaining 2/3 minutes in the fire, boil it for 10 minutes to boil.
After 10 minutes, with some green chillis, add a little more 4/5 minutes to cook it, become the most delicious mustard oil. Mustard hilsa will be lighted.
