Cook with Us # 2 Steamed chicken with carrot and potatoes 🥕🥔🍗
Hi. My steemit people, this time I bring you a recipe, to participate in the # Cook with Us - March, Week 2- three ingredients contest sponsored by: @cookwithus, I hope you like it and are encouraged to do the preparation.
Ingredients:
• 3 potatoes
• 1 small carrot.
• Olive oil to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 200 grams of chicken
Elaboration:
• Place the grilled chicken with the potatoes and carrot. For 20 minutes
• Wash and cut the vegetables, in a frying pan, place with ½ cup of water and let cook for 10 minutes or until soft.
• Serve and place, oil, salt and pepper to taste. Ready the preparation to taste.

I bet the carrots and potatoes were tasty since they absorbed the flavors of the grilled chicken. Great choice of three ingredients to make a dish that is a complete meal by itself.
