Cook with Us # 19: Breakfast Challenge
Ingredients for the dough:
• 100 g Pre-cooked corn flour.
• A pinch Salt.
• 150 ml of water.
Ingredients for the stuffing:
• Jamon Arepero.
• Llanero cheese.
• Egg.
• Margarine to spread.
Preparation:
In a cup place the flour, salt and water, mix to form a homogeneous mass. Make a dough ball by hand and flatten it in such a way that it has a disc, take the fire to cook round and round until it is completely cooked.
Once ready arepa fill with margarine, grated cheese is autonomous from Venezuela known as llanero cheese, egg and ham arepero. This delicious arepara is very typical and known in Venezuela as it is one of the favorite dishes of all Venezuelans both for breakfast and for dinner.
The drink that accompanies this delicious arepa is a delicious coffee with milk.

Thanks for sharing your Venezeulan breakfast @saimondonato. I love the photos you shared of the process. The arepas look good! I don't think I've ever tasted llanero cheese but it looks delicious and perfect for that breakfast plate. I'd surely love to wake up to a breakfast like this!
