Cook with Us # 14: Cinnamon rolls
Ingredients:
• 1 kilo of flour.
• 200 grams of vegetable shortening.
• 200 ml of water.
• 300 grams of sugar.
• 2 eggs.
• 80 grams of instant yeast.
• ½ teaspoon of salt.
•Cinnamon powder.
•Yeast.
• 1 can of condensed milk.
•Cream cheese.
Preparation:
Place in a bowl the flour, butter, salt, eggs and finally add the water with active yeast and sugar. Knead the dough until the gluten is active or soft to the touch. Stretch with a rolling pin and add sugar margarine and cinnamon. Proceed to roll the dough as a bread and cut to 2 cm each roll.
Place on a buttered tray and let stand for 30 minutes or until doubled in size. Bring to bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. Once the roles are ready, bathe with condensed milk syrup and cream cheese.

I love cinnamon rolls but my loves them even more. They look so good especially with the gooey glaze! I'm glad I'm not anywhere near them or else I'd be eating more than I should.
