Ingredients:
• Meat.
• Smoked pork chop.
• Sausage.
• Parboiled plantains.
• Parboiled rolls.
• Lettuce.
• Tomato.
• Avocado.
• With an avocado sauce with garlic.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
Elaboration:
Cut the tomato, lettuce and avocado. Place the chop, the meat and the chorizo in a pan. In a pot, bring the banana to a boil, with the rolls and last we prepare an avocado sauce with garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Once the meat is ready, we proceed to place it on a wooden board, followed by the banana, lettuce, tomato and avocado. To finish we place the avocado sauce on the proteins.
We cut the preparation and to taste.

Yummy! It's a complete meal with the assorted kinds of meat and the variety of vegetables. Plantains too .... yeah, one of my favorites!
