You amaze me with all of your homemade breads, tortillas, pizza dough things. How do you do it? These lunches you conjure up sure are fancy in a not so fancy way. Haha… bravo @birdsinparadise. You change the game just by being in it :)
Aww...I'm sure you could easily do the same...wish I could master the gluten free breads, I need those for my daughter and son-in-law...those are tough! Looking forward to your FFF post! :) You bring such joy, I so enjoy your cooking, I would imagine your kitchen is filled with laughter and smiles!

The gluten free breads are tough. I’ve been playing around with them a bit and it all depends on the flour. I think your best bet is probably mixing your own over store bought. Substituting things like lentils, potatoes, or gluten free oats has proved to make some yummy breads/tortillas. 🤷🏼♀️
