Oo yum.. this looks like a very heartening soup @plantstoplanks. And healthy too! I have never thought of using bell peppers as an ingredient for soup. Thank you for the idea :)

    Bell peppers tend to be pretty abundant around here, so I use them in just about everything. ;) They are especially delicious roasted!
