This dish is just packed with flavors. You have umami from the mushroom and seaweed, sweetness from slow cooking the onions, and the crispy fried shallots adds a savory element to this dish. Your creativity just keeps going and going @alansthoughs. Love the look of the seaweed tofu. Looks like marbles in a stone garden. YUM!
